  • how to prioritize mental health during pregnancy/ postpartum

  • risk factors and preventative measures for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs)

  • how PMADs show up in session

  • typical/ nonclinical changes in thought during perinatal period

  • identifying resources to share with families

  • education and interventions to utilize with clients during perinatal period

  • strategies for transition back to work

  • special circumstances including perinatal loss, medical issues , birth trauma and more
