Are You Ready to Effectively Address Mom Rage in Your Therapy Practice?
The stories are familiar: yelling, snapping, overwhelming frustration followed by crushing guilt. As therapists working with mothers, we hear it often. Our training equips you to go beyond the surface, connecting the dots of your clients' experiences to their rage, fostering self-compassion, and providing you with tangible tools for lasting change.
What you’ll learn:
To deconstruct and redefine what mom rage actually is
To identify at least 5 contributing factors to experience of anger in women and mothers (personal, situational and systemic)
Therapeutic tools to explore and facilitate safe expressions of anger
Therapeutic techniques to teach and support women and moms to self-regulate
Therapeutic strategies to empower women and mothers to communicate needs assertively
